Our friends at Signal Hill Petroleum are providing PRIZE MONEY. Every registration is eligible to enter.
Must participate between Saturday 26 February and Saturday 26 March, 2022.
Proof of time and pooch photo must be submitted via email to katherine@musicistheremedy.org,
no later than 12 noon PT , Sunday March 27th, 2022.
Final results will be decided by Signal Hill Petroleum, by Wednesday 30 March, 2022.
Winners will be notified and results posted on Music Is The Remedy’s website, by Thursday 31 March, 2022 .

COVID (JUST IN CASE OF), although this is a Virtual Event, COVID is still real. We will continue to assess (based on current conditions and regulations) whether to postpone or cancel any future event and or gathering, or significantly reduce the number of attendees for our future events. We may extend the dates of participation of our Virtual Event.

I know that participating in The Rock Club Music Is The Remedy’s Conquer Signal Hill 5k Virtual Challenge is a potentially hazardous activity and I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I acknowledge and assume any and all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to, traffic on the course route, falls, contact with other participants, and the condition of the course, including, but not limited to, curbs, cars, uneven pavement, potholes, rocks, and objects on the course surface. Knowing and appreciating these risks and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, representatives or anyone else claiming on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge The Rock Club Music Is The Remedy and its sponsors, its volunteers, and sponsors, and anyone else acting for or on behalf The Rock Club Music Is The Remedy’s Conquer Signal Hill 5k Virtual Challenge from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or damage of any kind arising out of my participation in this run. This Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability extends to all claims of every kind whatsoever. I also consent to emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness. I grant full permission to The Rock Club Music Is The Remedy’s Conquer Signal Hill 5k Virtual Challenge and/or any person or entity authorized by it to use my name, age, date of birth, finish place and finish time in the public domain.
